Skip the workshop queue and heavy lifting. With mobile tire changing, we arrive in a fully equipped service van and replace the complete wheels where the car is parked, at home or at work, using a torque wrench and checking the tire pressure.

Best time for changing tires in Norway
The weather decides, but most people switch to winter tires in October and November, and back to summer tires in April and May. Order well in advance to avoid the seasonal rush.
Switch to winter tires
When the nighttime temperature approaches zero degrees. Winter tires must have at least 3 mm of tread during the winter season.
Switch to summer tires
When the roads are clear and the danger of night frost has passed. Summer tires provide shorter braking distances on warm asphalt.

Torque tightening
The bolts are tightened in a crisscross pattern using a torque wrench to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
Air pressure check
We adjust the air pressure, which has often dropped while the wheels have been in storage.
Measurement of pattern depth
You will find out how much tread is left, and if the tires will last another season.
Damage inspection
We are looking for cuts, bulges and damage in the sidewall and on the rim edge.
Marking the wheels
The wheels are marked with their position so they can be rotated correctly next season.
Clean contact surface
The hub is cleaned before installation to ensure the wheel sits perfectly flush.

You will be notified when the job is finished. Remember to retighten after 50 to 100 km.
Hvorfor fylle dekkene med nitrogen?
Nitrogen er en tørr og ren gass som siver langsommere ut gjennom gummien enn vanlig luft. Lufttrykket holder seg derfor stabilt lenger.

Trykket faller langsommere, så dekkene holder riktig trykk lenger.
Jevnere trykk i kulde og varme
Tørr gass uten fuktighet gir mindre trykkendring når temperaturen svinger.

A standard tire change with four complete wheels normally takes around half an hour, depending on the type of car and locking nuts.
No. As long as the car is available at the agreed location and we have access to the wheels and any key for the locking nuts, we can do the job without you being there.
Yes. We always recommend checking the torque after 50 to 100 kilometers, because the wheel settles against the hub during the first few kilometers.
When changing wheels, we replace complete wheels, meaning tires that are already mounted on rims. When changing tires, new tires are fitted onto your rims, and the wheels are balanced.
